A. PAYMENT OPTIONS

We offer the following payment options:

I. Domestic Shipments:

For deliveries within Germany, we offer the following payment options unless otherwise noted in the respective product presentation of the offer:

II. International Shipments:

B. DELIVERY

1. Depending on the scope of your order, shipment usually occurs via DHL or Spedition. Optionally up to 1 kg total weight uninsured shipping by post is possible, too.

2. We generally only ship to the countries listed below. The table below indicates the shipping costs incurred in each case. If you require shipment to an unlisted country, please write us an email (info@gkfilm.de) indicating the item, quantity, and shipping address including country and postcode. We will answer your request as soon as we can and inform you as to whether we are able to ship to the requested country as well as the shipping costs. Please excuse this inconvenience, but we must contact our shipping partners to inquire about shipping options and costs.

Shipping costs are calculated according to shipping weight, which is indicated in each respective product description.

D. DELIVERY TIMES

I. Domestic delivery times:

Orders are delivered within three to four business days. Deliveries are not executed on Sundays or holidays. The respective product page will indicate in rare cases if an item is not in stock or is not available for immediate delivery and if the delivery time must be extended accordingly.

II. International delivery times:

Orders are delivered within five to seven business days, yet may take up to 30 business days depending on the country of delivery. Deliveries are not executed on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. The respective product page will indicate in rare cases if an item is not in stock or is not available for immediate delivery and the delivery time must be extended accordingly.
