Withdrawal
Consumers are entitled to the right of cancellation according to the following conditions, whereby the consumer is any natural person entering into a legal transaction for a purpose that can be attributed neither to a commercial nor a self-employed occupational activity:

You may cancel your contract within 14 days without cause in text form (e.g., letter, fax, e-mail) or - if you have received the item before expiry of the period - by returning the item. The period begins with receipt of this notification in text form, however, not prior to the delivery of the goods to the recipient (in the case of recurring delivery of similar goods, not prior to the delivery of the first part delivery), nor before the fulfilment of our obligations to provide information pursuant to article 246(2) in conjunction with article 1(1) and (2) of the Introductory Law of the German Civil Code (EGBGB) as well as our obligations according to article 312e(1)(1) of the German Civil Code in conjunction with article 246(3) of the Introductory Law of the German Civil Code (EGBGB). The timely dispatch of the withdrawal or the item shall be sufficient for compliance with the withdrawal period. The withdrawal must be sent to:

Consequences of withdrawal
In the case of an effective cancellation, the mutually received services shall be returned and any benefits that may have accrued (e.g. interest) shall be released. Should you be unable to return the goods or only return them partially or in a deteriorated condition, you will be obligated to compensate for the lost value. In the case of items surrendered, this does not apply if the deterioration of the item is based solely on an examination of the item - such as would have been possible for you in the store for example. Incidentally, you may avoid any obligation to provide compensation for any deterioration of the items caused by the intended use by not using the item as your own property and refraining from all actions that may affect its value. Items suitable for delivery by parcel are to be returned at our risk. You must bear the cost of return if the goods ordered conform with those ordered and if the price of the items returned does not exceed an amount of €40, or if in the case of a higher price of the items, you have not yet performed the service in return or any partial payment as agreed upon by contract at the point in time of cancellation. In all other cases, return delivery is free of charge for you. Items not able to be sent in a package will be picked up. Obligations to refund payments must be met within 30 days. The period starts for you once you have sent your notice of withdrawal for the item and for us once we have received it.

Exclusion of the right to withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply...
1. for distance contracts for the delivery of goods that are manufactured according to Customer specifications or that are clearly adapted to personal requirements, or due to their nature are not suitable for return shipment, or may deteriorate rapidly, or if after shipping their sell-by-date would be exceeded,
2. for distance contracts for the delivery of audio or video recordings or of software if the delivered data medium has been unsealed by the Customer.
General Information
1. Please avoid damage to and defilement of the goods. Please return the goods in the original packaging if possible with all accessories and all packaging components. Please use a protective outer packaging if necessary. If you no longer possess the original packaging, please secure packaging suitable for sufficient protection of the goods from damage sustained in transport.
2. Please do not send the goods via cash on delivery. We will gladly reimburse you the postal charges in advance if you are not required to pay them yourself.
3. Please observe that the aforementioned clauses 1 and 2 are not required in order to effectively exercise your right to withdrawal.
